Overall, my stay was enjoyable with amazing staff and beautiful facilities, but the dining experience left much to be desired. The beach and pool areas were highlights, but I wished the food options were better. While the location is close to downtown, the ongoing construction made some areas less picturesque. I would recommend this resort but would hope for improvements in the dining department.

I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta, particularly appreciating the relaxing beach atmosphere and the exceptional service from the staff. I had an amazing time at this resort! The service was exceptional and the staff truly went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The location is perfect, nestled away from the hustle but still accessible. The dining options were varied and quite enjoyable, though I think breakfast could use a little more variety. Overall, a great place to relax, although I did notice some construction noise at times.

Our stay at Hyatt Ziva PV had its highs and lows. The beach was beautiful and mostly uncrowded, which made for a peaceful experience. The staff members we interacted with were accommodating and brought some fun to our days, especially during activities. However, our room experience was very disappointing, as it did not match the expectations set by online pictures, and the initial check-in process felt chaotic and unwelcoming. The dining options were limited and didn't live up to the standard that we anticipated for the price we paid.
